This is an opportunity to join at an exciting stage of the company's growth, combining hands-on recruitment delivery with the chance to influence how recruitment is managed as the business evolves.

About the Role

Working closely with the CHRO and wider HR team, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across the business, supporting day-to-day hiring requirements alongside future project and workforce needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefings, sourcing and screening through to interviews, offers, contracts and onboarding.
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and providing a responsive, solutions-focused recruitment service.
  • Coordinating with external recruitment agencies and project recruitment partners.
  • Supporting onboarding and mobilisation activities alongside the wider HR team.
  • Developing candidate pipelines and contributing to forward workforce planning.
  • Reviewing recruitment systems, processes and documentation to improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Supporting hiring managers with interview guidance, tools and best practice.

About You

You'll be a confident, hands-on recruiter who enjoys owning the process from start to finish while looking for ways to improve how things are done.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Proven end-to-end internal recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work with leaders across a business.
  • Mining, resources or relevant operational industry experience, with an understanding of mobilisation and workforce requirements.
  • A proactive approach to candidate pipelining, resource planning and process improvement.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with the practical administration and delivery that keeps recruitment moving.
  • A flexible, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and the initiative to make the role your own.

What's on Offer

  • Salary package around $130k+, depending on experience, flex for the right person.
  • Initial fixed-term contract through to 30 June, with potential for permanency.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including one day working from home.
  • Flexibility around working hours, with part-time arrangements also considered.
  • The opportunity to influence and develop the TA function within a growing gold business preparing for production.
