The Role

Working as a Systems Analyst across our Corporate and Business System function, you will play a key role in supporting, enhancing and optimising business systems across the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, pain points and priorities, translating these into clear business requirements and practical system solutions.
• Support the delivery of system implementations, upgrades, integrations and enhancements from requirements gathering through to testing, go-live and post-implementation support.
• Support the administration, configuration and optimisation of corporate and business systems, including system changes, releases, upgrades and enhancements.
• Coordinate testing activities including system integration testing, user acceptance testing and regression testing, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose before release.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across corporate functions including Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Health & Safety, Major Projects and Operations.

About you

You are a collaborative and solutions-focused professional who builds strong relationships and can confidently work with a diverse range of stakeholders. You’ll be a clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical outcomes.

Your bring:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in information systems, business analysis, business systems, computer science, commerce, accounting, project management, mining, engineering or a related discipline is desirable.
• Business analysis, project management, ITIL, Agile, Microsoft, ERP or application-specific certifications would be highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of corporate and business systems, business process improvement and application support practices.
• Experience supporting ERP, finance, procurement, HR/payroll, HSE, document management, project management, workflow or reporting systems.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders and translate business needs into practical system and process solutions.
• Experience with Pronto Xi, Oracle EPM, Oracle HCM, INX, Quartex, Omega 365, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power BI, Intune, Purview or similar platforms are regarded.

This is a diverse role, being newly created you can make it your own. You will be based in our Perth City office working on a Monday-Friday basis.
