Your new company

You will be joining a mining operation with an established Supply & Contracts team currently managing multiple live contracts and preparing to onboard a new project. The team supports flexible working arrangements, including rostered options and work ‑ from ‑ home capability. With existing resources at capacity and a new project commencing, the operation is seeking additional procurement and contracts support to maintain delivery standards.

Your new role

As the Supply / Contracts Person, you will provide procurement and contract administration support to a busy Supply department overseeing several active contracts. You will assist with sourcing, contract setup, administration, supplier engagement, contractor compliance and ongoing contract performance monitoring. The role supports both project ‑ specific and operational procurement requirements.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Background in supply, contracts or procurement - BHP or South32 ‑ style experience ideal
• Ability to juggle multiple contracts and competing priorities
• Experience supporting project procurement and contract administration
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Comfort working within a team that operates mostly remotely
