About the Role

The Opportunity:

As Supervisor Projects Services, you will lead the timely and efficient delivery of project procurement, business partner mobilisation, and project and portfolio administrative support. This role will track project deliverables, manage procurement processes, and maintain accurate records in SAP. Your role in the team will ensure on time delivery of projects during the full lifecycle of the projects. You will ensure that portfolio reporting is managed and manage document control systems.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all procurement activities for assigned projects, including sourcing, obtaining quotes, purchase order creation, and tracking.
• Manage project accounts and maintain accurate and up-to-date service entries, records, and documentation in SAP and other project systems.
• Coordinate the mobilisation of business partners ensuring onboarding requirements are met and they are prepared to execute work safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and safety and quality requirements in all project support activities.
• Coordinate completion of project & portfolio month end finance processes. Develop and complete integration between SAP and project control & reporting systems
• Manage and administrate the project document control systems
• Develop and maintain project & portfolio information and reporting systems to support successful project execution and portfolio development

What You’ll Bring

• Cert IV in Finance & Administration or equivalent
• Projects or Portfolio administration experience & training
• Experience in the project services and document control environment
• Managing subordinates in the project services environment
• Knowledge of project and portfolio management services
• A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills
