Job Description

The Opportunity

Provide effective and strong leadership for the development of the crew.
Monitor progress of assigned tasks and address any issues.
Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities and formulate alternatives to systems and methods.
Assist the Coordinators with implementation of change management initiatives and other projects
Daily workflow supervision of the crew.
Partner with Metallurgists to optimise plant performance and share updates with operators.
Assist with planning of maintenance, budgets, plans and projects.

Skills & Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience in a mineral processing environment.
Statutory 26 Supervisor Certificate.
A practical, hands-on approach with sound mechanical aptitudes.
Strong communication skills and ability to motivate, support and develop your teams.
A genuine commitment to safety and continuous improvements.
Confidence using Microsoft Office, SAP/AMT experience highly regarded.
A current WA Driver’s Licence.
