The opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Painting Supervisor to join our Industrial & Energy team, leading blasting, painting and protective coating activities across major industrial projects.
Working closely with project teams, QA/QC and our client, Chevron, you'll play a key role in ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll coordinate crews, manage productivity and champion a strong safety culture.

What you'll do
- Lead and supervise blasting, painting and coating crews onsite
- Ensure all surface preparation and coating activities meet project specifications and quality requirements
- Coordinate inspections, hold points and QA/QC activities with client representatives
- Monitor environmental conditions and coating application requirements
- Plan labour, equipment and materials to maintain project schedules
- Manage subcontractors and direct hire personnel to achieve performance targets
- Complete reporting, progress updates and project documentation
- Drive a Zero Harm culture and maintain compliance with site procedures

What we're looking for
- Trade qualification in Industrial Painting & Blasting or similar
- NACE certification required
- Strong supervisory experience within mining, oil & gas, energy or heavy industrial environments
- Proven experience managing painting, blasting and protective coating activities
- Sound knowledge of coating systems, surface preparation and inspection requirements
- Ability to interpret project specifications and manage quality outcomes
- Strong planning, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Current Driver's Licence and White Card
- Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets desirable
