About the Role

Lead our NPI team to safely deliver exceptional performance and quality outcomes across the Nifty Project. Collaborate closely with Operations, Maintenance, and HSEQT teams to uphold high standards, drive continuous improvement, and support the development and success of your people.

• Location: Nifty Copper Complex, WA
• Roster: 8/6 days only

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the mechanical maintenance team to safely maintain site assets, allocate resources effectively, and achieve productivity, quality, and performance targets.
• Drive maintenance planning and operational reliability by maximising scheduled maintenance, minimising unplanned downtime, and ensuring equipment is safe and fit for operation.
• Promote strong team performance and compliance through effective collaboration, accurate reporting, adherence to company procedures, and maintaining high safety and operational standards.
• Own schedules, resources and interfaces with contractors/suppliers
• Drive reliability and continuous improvement
• Foster a speak-up culture where everyone is respected

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant Trade Qualification
• S26 Statutory Supervisor qualification
• Leadership experience in mining maintenance environments
• Ability to build trust, set standards and make clear decisions
• Strong planning, problem-solving and stakeholder skills
• Commitment to safe, high-quality delivery
