About the Role

Sybella Wind Farm near Mount ISA. You’ll be responsible for ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards, while coordinating teams and resolving challenges in real time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site-based electrical construction activities
  • Manage electrical crews, subcontractors and apprentices to ensure productivity, quality and compliance
  • Oversee installation and termination of cables, earth grids, HV plant, switchgear and associated services
  • Coordinate works in live operational environments including substations
  • Lead toolbox talks, pre-start meetings and safety initiatives
  • Ensure HSSEQ, QA and project documentation requirements are met
  • Monitor progress, workforce performance and timesheets
  • Support workforce development, inductions and compliance training
  • Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders and site leadership

About You / Requirements

  • You are a confident Electrical Supervisor with experience delivering complex electrical works on major projects and a genuine commitment to safety, quality and leadership.
  • Electrical Trade Qualification
  • Extensive experience in a supervisory role within electrical construction
  • Experience in substations, HV works, renewables, or major infrastructure projects (highly regarded)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Solid understanding of safety systems, QA requirements, and site compliance
  • Ability to coordinate multiple work fronts in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong planning, organisation, and people management capability
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
