Civmec is expanding across major Civil, SMP and E&I projects throughout Western Australia and is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our Construction team on a DIDO 5:2 roster. Civmec has recently been awarded the Sodium Cyanide Expansion for CSBP in Kwinana, with the electrical scope now underway, creating strong opportunities for experienced supervisors to step into key leadership roles.

The Role

The responsibilities include:

• Supervising electrical installation works to meet company, client, and statutory requirements
• Leading and supporting electrical crews to achieve safe and productive outcomes
• Coordinating labour, equipment, and materials to meet project schedules
• Working closely with other trades, supervisors, and project leadership
• Managing reporting, permits, procurement, and planning activities
• Providing technical input and support, including assisting with estimating when required

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

• Proven experience supervising electrical works on construction or SMP projects
• Current WA Electrical Licence
• S26  Certificate
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A safety-first mindset with the ability to work autonomously
• Confidence engaging with key stakeholders and site leadership
