Monadelphous is currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Supervisors interested in upcoming shutdown work in the Hunter Valley Region. We are looking for people with strong experience in Draglines & Shovels.

As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high quality and efficient project outcomes across our operations. You’ll lead onsite teams, collaborate with project personnel, and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crews.
• Ensure compliance with Monadelphous, client, and legislative HSE requirements.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of shutdown tasks.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance.
• Lead by example and foster a positive team culture.

What you will bring

• Site based experience with Dragline and Shovel experience
• Trade qualification or Cert IV in a relevant discipline (highly regarded)
• Strong working knowledge of trades and project operations
• Proven leadership capability with the ability to motivate and influence teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stake holder management skills
• A commitment to safe work practices and high performance culture
