About the Role

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Good receipt and dispatch of materials and equipment
• Raising purchase requisition and invoice processing
• Liaising with suppliers for delivery, scheduling of materials
• Ensure compliance with Defence security requirements, including DCAC card management
• Provide a single point of contact for staff requesting stores and consumables

About You / Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years stores or warehouse administration experience preferably in Defence, facilities or construction environments
• Experience with stock control systems and ERP/CMMS (e.g., SAP, MDO, GEMS)
• Knowledge of WHS requirements including chemical and hazardous good storage
• Excellent communication skills with good customer service
• Forklift licence - mandatory
