Site Supervisor - Civil Project

Our client is a leading Australian contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex civil & infrastructure projects across the country.

An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Site Supervisor to execute a large infrastructure project on a fixed term contract. This is a hands-on supervisor position on site, working closely with the construction manager to deliver the project safely, on time, and within budget.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Constructing Manager, you'll provide onsite leadership & supervision across all aspects of infrastructure construction. You will read and interpret construction documents including but not limited to drawings, specifications, scopes of work and other reports.  Working alongside a multi-disciplined team, you will be key player to ensure the project compliance, budget and quality.

This is a regional based role that will require you to be on site Mon - Fri & some Saturday's for 10-hours per day.  Accomodation and meal allowance is provided.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Relevant Trade Qualification
• Experience delivering Tier 1 / Tier 2 infrastructure projects
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience working in multidisciplinary project teams
• Implement and monitor health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and software
• Full Australian working rights
