Our Mount Magnet Mining (MMG) operations include multiple open pit, underground, and satellite sites with a projected 17-year mine life. Active areas include Galaxy underground, Cue open pit, and Penny underground, with further expansion and exploration underway.

The Role

As Site Services Superintendent, you will oversee the daily management of site administration, travel, logistics and support services to ensure smooth, compliant and efficient operations. Working closely with the Commercial Manager, this role leads the site admin team, ensures people logistsics run smooth and efficiently, and that the site services contracts are administered and managed effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site administration, document control and governance processes to keep operations running smoothly
• Manage a team to ensure rosters, timesheets, payroll inputs and key compliance registers are maintained
• Coordinate site communications, reporting requirements and onboarding activities
• Ensure a high level of delivery for travel, flights, accommodation and logistics, resolving issues quickly
• Work with the Commercial Manager to monitor travel costs
• Liaise with camp and travel providers to ensure contractual service standards are met and resolve issues quickly
• Support purchasing, invoicing, cost tracking and contract administration
• Maintain accurate asset, hire, commitment and capital expenditure registers
• Provide data-driven cost analysis to support budgeting, forecasting and monthly reviews
• Lead, coach and develop the site admin team while ensuring safe, compliant office operations

You’re an organised, proactive and people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced site environment. With extensive experience in site-based mining environments, you bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to every challenge. With a solid grounding in administration and commercial support, you bring the technical capability, attention to detail and leadership style needed to keep a busy site running smoothly.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring

• Full or partial completion of a tertiary qualification in a financial discipine wuld be preferred
• Significant experience in a site-based administration role
• Demonstrated experience in leading and coaching teams
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to develop collaborative relationships throughout the site
• Strong understanding of FIFO rosters, travel coordination and camp logistics
• Experience with payroll inputs, timesheet systems and HR/training data management
• Exposure to procurement, purchasing or commercial support processes
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, INX and Pronto
