Site Engineer

We have an opportunity for a Site Engineer to join our Water team and support the successful delivery of construction projects based in Walloon, QLD.

Working closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers, you will provide technical support across project planning, design and delivery while developing your engineering experience within the water industry. You will contribute to safe, high-quality and commercially successful project outcomes while building strong relationships with project teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning and delivery.
• Monitor project performance and costs.
• Contribute to design and constructability reviews.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support procurement activities.
• Ensure projects meet safety, environmental, community and client requirements.

About You

You will bring an Engineering qualification and at least one year of project engineering experience within the water industry. You will also demonstrate:

• Experience managing subcontractors.
• Experience supporting financial management and reporting, including budgeting.
• Experience driving quality outcomes within project delivery.
• Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A detail-focused approach.
• Comfort working in a changing environment.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety.
