Northern Star Resources has an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our high-performing and collaborative team at Jundee Operations. Working on a permanent FIFO roster of 8 days on, 6 days off from Perth, you will provide essential administrative support across Site and partnering closely with our Maintenance and Processing teams to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the business.
About the Role
Here is what awaits you.
- Manage site access and onboarding for employees and contractors in line with site entry requirements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including transport to and from site.
- Maintain and manage site rosters and oversee village accommodation allocations.
- Provide process and maintenance administration support across site operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee and contractor records in INX InFlight and INX +Process databases.
- Raise and manage Pronto requisitions and work orders in accordance with company procedures.
- Support weekly and daily reporting, coordinate site events, and general administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
To thrive in this role, you will need.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in the mining or resources sector, proven proficiency in INX InFlight and INX +Process, previous FIFO experience, and ideally experience using Pronto.
Qualification: Current Australian C - Class Drivers Licence
