- Strong administration skills with SAP and INX experience
The Opportunity:
In the role, you will be responsible for providing high quality, timely and efficient administration support to the Processing Department at our Gruyere Gold Mine.

Skills & Qualifications
We are seeking someone proactive, and team focused. You will be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Skills and experience sought after include:
- Experience in a mine-based office administrative role
- Solid knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications
- Experience is using SAP and INX software is highly regarded
- Valid driver’s licence, manual preferred
About the Role
- Managing the flights, accommodation and site access for new employees, visiting staff and contractors.
- Maintaining accurate records, including a variety of site reports for the department
- Acting as the point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, on a range of matters ensuring smooth information flow.
- Provide customer service in resolving enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely outcomes
