The Role & Project

MACA are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team at the Karlawinda Gold Project working an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth. The Karlawinda Gold Project is located approximately 65 kilometres south-east of Newman in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. As a large-scale open pit gold mining operation, Karlawinda plays a key role in MACA's mining portfolio and is supported by a substantial workforce committed to safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to site management and staff, including roster and leave management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and preparation of correspondence.
  • Deliver onboarding support and responsive day-to-day administrative assistance.
  • Raise purchase requisitions, perform accurate data entry, and prepare weekly and daily reports.
  • Assist with timesheet queries and ensure accurate allocation of cost codes within relevant systems.
  • Coordinate flights, accommodation, and roster logistics.
  • Manage site supply coordination, including deliveries to and from site locations.
  • Act as a liaison between site operations and corporate offices, managing inquiries and ensuring timely communication of key information.

About You / Requirements

  • Previous experience in a site-based administrative role within the resources sector.
  • Exposure to maintenance and/or production environments (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
