About the Role
Take charge underground. Lead from the front. Deliver results.
Underground Shift Supervisor: lead crews underground, drive safe production, and keep operations running at the highest standard. Frontline leadership, operational performance, and ensuring every shift finishes safely and productively.

- Day rates from $1,300 + Super (experience dependent)
- 7/7 or 14/14 Roster

- Strong operational support and experienced site leadership
What You Bring
- S26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate (Essential)
- Proven experience as an Underground Shift Supervisor
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large crews
- Solid understanding of underground mining operations and safety legislation
- Manual C Class Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
