Join the Team as we expand onto the Ernest Henry BERT ProjectRedpath Australia has been selected as the preferred mining contractor for the Ernest Henry BERT Project in Cloncurry. We are seeking experienced Shift Supervisors to join our development team and help deliver one of Australia's most significant underground mining developments.About the RoleAs a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee underground development activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to plan. You will provide frontline leadership to crews while driving safety, productivity and operational performance.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise underground development crewsCoordinate daily mining activities to achieve production targetsEnsure compliance with site safety systems and statutory requirementsConduct pre-start meetings, inspections and workplace auditsMonitor crew performance and provide mentoring and guidanceLiaise with Mine Engineers, Technical Services and Operations teamsInvestigate and report incidents, hazards and improvement opportunitiesPromote a strong safety culture and high-performance work environmentEnsure development activities are completed to quality and operational standards

Qualifications
