The Role & Project

MACA Mining are seeking an experienced Serviceperson to join our maintenance team at our Miralga Creek project. The Miralga Creek mine, owned by Hancock Iron ore, is situated approximately 100km from the Utah Point stockyard at Port Hedland, with production of 1.9Mtpa.

The fleet on this project consist of Komatsu 1250 excavators, Komatsu 785-7 trucks, CAT dozers, graders, watercart and T45 drills

To be successful in this role, you will require

• HR drivers’ licence

• Previous mine site experience as a serviceperson

• Experience servicing heavy mobile mining equipment – Komatsu, CAT etc

• Ability to operate equipment for maintenance and inspection purposes.

• Ability to monitor plant and equipment condition, identify & report oil and fuel leaks, whilst ensuring oil, grease and fuel are stocked.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Good knowledge and ability to follow Work Health & Safety procedures and policies.
