Excavator Operator

Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking experienced multi-skilled operators for FIFO roles across FMG sites with our client who are a civil construction contractor delivering civil earthworks and rehabilitation projects across the Pilbara.

These roles suit operators confident across excavator, loader and watercart, working on rehabilitation and drill pad clearing projects.

About the Role:

• Operating across excavator (35T), loader and watercart
• Rehab, drill pad clearing and bulk earthworks
• Production-style work (no GPS or final trim required)
• 2:1 roster (day-shift only)

What We're Looking For?

• Strong experience across excavator and loader (watercart highly regarded)
• Excavator and Loader ticket (essential)
• Previous exposure to rehab, clearing or earthworks
• Ability to move between machines as required
• HR or C Class Licence (essential)
• Watercart ticket (highly regarded)
• Construction White Card
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical/DAS screening
• National Police Clearance or willing to obtain
• 4WD Certificate or willing to obtain
• First Aid & CPR certificate or willing to obtain
• Able to start ASAP

What's on Offer?

• $55-$60/hr casual flat rate + super
• Ongoing work with a busy contractor
• FMG Site
• Temp to perm
