Redpath Australia is entering an exciting growth phase — and our biggest-ever project at Cowal is now underway. We’re seeking experienced Service Crew Operators to join our development and production team on a long-term, secure 5‑year contract.

About the Role

You will be part of our underground Service Crew team, working across critical infrastructure and services installation to support ongoing development and production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Duties include:
• Installation and maintenance of services (ventilation, water, air, power)
• Assisting with underground infrastructure upgrades
• General labouring and support to trades as required
• Operating underground equipment safely and efficiently

This is a role suited to individuals who thrive in a team environment, bring a strong safety mindset and are motivated to contribute to a major long-term project.

About You / Requirements

• What You’ll Bring
• Previous experience in an underground mining service crew or similar role
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to work a 2/2 roster
• Valid Australian working rights
• Current underground mining competencies (preferred)
