About the Role

Due to continued growth, Breight Group is seeking an experienced Senior Workforce Planner to join our energetic, fast-paced and highly motivated team. Based in Rivervale, this role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of shutdown and project works within the mining and resources sector.
Reporting to the Workforce Engagement Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring effective workforce planning and resource allocation across multiple clients whilst managing a team of high-performing planners.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocating personnel, vehicles and equipment for shutdowns and project works
- Developing and maintaining schedules, personnel rosters and crew databases
- Liaising with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders regarding labour requirements and work schedules
- Tracking and reporting workforce data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Leading a team of planners to ensure workforce allocations are to Client and Breight Group standards and guidelines.
About You
- Previous experience in a Workforce Planner role or similar within the Mining and Resources industry
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and administration skills, particularly across Microsoft applications
- Highly developed organisational, problem-solving and time management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously when required
