Senior Site Administrator

Are you an experienced Site Administrator ready to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a confident and capable Senior Site Administrator to lead a high-performing admin team on site, drive process improvements, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 6+ site administrators across rostered shifts
• Oversee daily site administration functions including onboarding, mobilisation, and compliance
• Manage site manning, rosters, and accommodation logistics
• Train and mentor new staff to ensure consistent onboarding and operational standards
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Liaise with internal departments and external contractors to support site operations
• Maintain accurate records and reporting using systems such as INX, SAP, and Pronto
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site procedures

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in site administration within mining, construction, or resources
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Proficient in INX (including InFlight), SAP, and Pronto
• Demonstrated experience in site manning and roster management
• Passion for training, mentoring, and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working on a FIFO roster (8:6, 4:3 or 2:2)
