Senior Project Engineer

About the Role

Join a major resources infrastructure program and play a key role in delivering a significant civil construction package valued at approximately $35 million. This 12-month contract offers the opportunity to lead the delivery of critical site infrastructure works in a large-scale operational environment.

Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will coordinate contractors, manage project delivery activities, and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Bulk earthworks, road pavements and hardstands
• Concrete structures including specialised operational facilities
• Underground communications, electrical and water services
• Area lighting and associated infrastructure
• Fire water storage and pumping systems
• Security fencing, access control and gate installations

About You / Requirements

• 8+ years experience as a Senior Project Engineer on large-scale Australian civil infrastructure on similar projects
• Strong background in earthworks, roads, underground services and concrete construction
• Experience managing contractors and multidiscipline work packages
• Sound understanding of project controls, cost management and scheduling
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
