About the Role
This is a hands-on, site-based role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships and working closely with operational teams. You'll act as a trusted safety partner across the project, helping leaders manage risk, supporting frontline crews and driving positive safety outcomes.
You'll also play a key role in investigations, audits, safety initiatives and continuous improvement activities across a complex construction environment. Working closely with the HSE Manager and project leadership team, you'll help ensure safety remains at the centre of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical safety support and guidance across all site activities.
- Partner with supervisors, contractors and project leaders to manage risk and improve safety performance.
- Coach and mentor frontline teams to strengthen safety culture and accountability.
- Lead investigations, inspections, audits and risk reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support compliance with project, client and legislative requirements while driving continuous improvement across the site.

About You
- Experience as a Senior HSE Advisor in renewable energy projects.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to positively influence people at all levels.
- Experience leading investigations, managing risk and driving safety improvement initiatives.
- Relevant workplace health and safety qualifications.
- A practical, down-to-earth approach to safety and a genuine passion for supporting people in the field.
- Comfortable working in a site-based FIFO/DIDO environment.
