Senior Civil Designer

Senior Civil Designer 12-Month Contract | Perth Based | Major Resources & Infrastructure Projects

An established engineering and project delivery business is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Designer to support a growing portfolio of mining, bulk materials handling and infrastructure projects.

This role will see you working across multiple projects, providing civil design solutions from concept development through to detailed design. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and contribute to the successful delivery of brownfield and greenfield projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare civil design deliverables for mining, industrial and infrastructure projects
• Develop site layouts, earthworks designs, roads, drainage and associated civil infrastructure
• Produce detailed design drawings, 3D models and construction documentation
• Coordinate with mechanical, structural, electrical and process engineering disciplines
• Participate in design reviews and project meetings
• Ensure designs meet project specifications, industry standards and client requirements
• Support project delivery through all phases from study work to detailed design

About You

• Demonstrated experience as a Civil Designer within the resources, mining or infrastructure sectors
• Strong understanding of civil design for industrial and site-based projects
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience delivering high-quality design documentation
• Australian working rights
