About the Role

Seeking an exceptional Bridge & Civil Structures Engineer to step into a senior technical leadership role with a globally recognised engineering consultancy. Working across major transport and infrastructure projects, you'll drive project delivery, mentor high-performing engineers, and play a key role in growing a respected structural team.

The Opportunity

• Lead the design and delivery of major bridge and civil structures projects.
• Take ownership of multidisciplinary project outcomes from concept through to construction.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and design review across a talented engineering team.
• Work on some of WA's most complex transport and infrastructure developments.
• Build strong client relationships and influence future project opportunities.

About You

• Degree qualified Civil or Structural Engineer.
• 8+ years' Australian experience in bridge and civil structures design.
• Strong knowledge of Australian bridge standards and WA transport infrastructure requirements.
• CPEng (or equivalent) highly regarded.
• Proven experience leading teams, managing projects and delivering quality outcomes.
