The Role

Reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager, you will lead the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant processing of supplier payments while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting a team of two Accounts Payable Officers.
• Managing the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, supplier payments and reconciliations.
• Maintaining strong financial controls and compliance with company policies and Delegation of Authority.
• Building effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across the business.
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and service delivery.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Demonstrated experience in a Senior Accounts Payable, ideally within mining, resources or a related industry.
• Experience using Pronto ERP and a strong understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative and customer-focused approach.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and mentoring others.
