Your new role

As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring various areas of the gold processing plant, including crushing, grinding, leaching, CIL/CIP and gold recovery circuits. You will conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot plant issues, take samples, monitor process performance through SCADA/DCS systems, and work closely with maintenance and production teams to ensure safe, efficient and continuous plant operations while achieving production targets.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a Process Operator a gold processing plant
• Experience operating crushing, grinding and gold recovery circuits
• Sound understanding of CIL/CIP, leaching and elution processes
• Ability to operate and monitor SCADA/DCS control systems
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Current driver's licence and ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
• Ability to work FIFO rosters and 12-hour shifts
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence\
