Our client is a well-established and highly regarded manufacturer supplying specialist insulated panel solutions across commercial and industrial markets. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a driven Direct Sales Executive to join their NSW team.

Direct Sales Executive
Eastern Creek, NSW (Sydney)
Full-time position $120,000 - $135,000 + Super
Company Car + Fuel Card & Toll Card

What will this position entail? Reporting to the Direct Sales Manager**,** you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and achieving sales growth targets across your allocated region. Duties will include:
- Driving sales growth by identifying, targeting and securing new customers
- Managing opportunities in the field and maintaining an active sales pipeline
- Supporting sales forecasting and planning activities
- Recording all sales activities accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitoring quote conversion rates, margins and adherence to pricing policies
- Preparing and submitting quotations in line with company process and approval limits
- Providing after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Identifying re-engagement opportunities with previous customers
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date reporting through CRM systems
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer delivery
- Attending sales meetings and contributing to business strategy discussions
- Providing market intelligence, competitor insights and customer feedback
What are the requirements?
- Previous experience in a Business Development or Direct Sales role
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales revenue targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems (Pronto or Salesforce highly regarded)
- Energetic, self-motivated and results-focused mindset
- Valid Australian driver's licence
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
