About the Role
Breight Group is currently seeking experienced Rope Access Level 3 Technicians to join our growing operations across Western Australia.
As part of one of the largest rope access teams in the WA mining sector, you will play a key leadership role supporting shutdown and maintenance works across multiple mining sites. This position will see you leading rope access teams, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with IRATA standards.
Breight Group continues to experience strong growth within our rope access division, offering technicians the opportunity to work across a pipeline of projects with leading resource clients throughout Western Australia.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- IRATA Level 3 Certification
- Demonstrated Level 3 experience on mining or heavy industry sites
- Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities
- Current Working at Heights (within 2 years)
- Current Confined Space (within 2 years)
- Construction White Card
- First Aid & CPR
- Valid Australian working right
- Perth Point of Hire or willing to relocate
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol screening
