Description & Requirements

Monadelphous seek Rigging Supervisors to join our Engineering Construction Division, working on one of our Engineering and Construction Projects on a FIFO 2:1 roster.

This role includes the opportunity to work night shift, with a generous salary package and night shift allowances.

This position is available to candidates across Australia, with point-of-hire flights paid from any major capital city.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction to the trades teams
• Supervise and coordinate rigging works on site
• Lead and mentor tradespeople, contractors and trade assistants
• Plan daily activities, allocate resources and monitor productivity
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project specifications
• Liaise with project teams and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the Engineering and Construction industry in a Rigging Supervisory role, ideally working for similar construction contractors on multi-disciplinary scopes of work
• Construction project experience in Australia, managing rigging scope
• Proof of right to work in Australia
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of Australian HSE legislation and industry standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
