Compass Group & Delta FM are currently seeking Expressions of Interests for current VISA holders that are alreday in Australia, with an Overseas Trade Qualified in Refrigeration, Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning, or equivalent. Applicants that have started the Trade Recognition Australia process, or not yet started the process are welcome to apply. Positions will be considered for FIFO work for Working VISA holders living in WA, SA & QLD.

Note, as this is an Expression of Interest only, expressions will close 8am AWST on 16th March 2026.

ROLE:

• Working on remote Accommodation/NPI including Housing Units, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.
• Consider experience with Air Conditioners Split units, Ducted units, Walk-in Fridge, Freezers. Water coolers, Underbar fridges.
• Preventative & reactive maintenance, Diagnostics & Fault finding on Non-Process Infrastructure
• Working on a Fly In Fly Out roster or Drive In Drive Out Roster conducting Facilities Maintenance

SEEKING PERSONS:

• VISA result showing you have arrived in Australia
• Overseas Trade Qualification in Refrigeration or Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning, or equivalent
• Require Trade Recognition or currently considering the process
• Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Living in Perth, Brisbane or Adelaide and wanting a FIFO Refrigeration Trade-related role
