About the Role

Refrigeration Mechanic - Village Maintenance role within Mineral Resources' Village Operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial refrigeration systems across our state-of-the-art facilities
• Conduct preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Diagnose complex cooling system issues and implement effective solutions
• Work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support our world-class operation

About You / Requirements

• Trade qualification in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning or equivalent experience
• Current refrigerant handling license (ARCTick certification preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety protocols and quality workmanship
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Qualifications & Certifications

• Trade qualification in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning or equivalent experience
• Current refrigerant handling license (ARCTick certification preferred)
