Our recruitment team consists of 100+ people across our Brisbane and Perth offices. We go above and beyond daily for our candidates and deliver a high volume of quality hires each month to ensure Monadelphous always delivers for our customers. We consider recruitment the 'engine room' to Monadelphous and, due to continued growth, we are looking for a Resource Officer to join our team.

In this role, you will source and generate a high volume of suitable candidates through defined sourcing channels. You’ll join an experienced team of recruiters, supporting them by making outbound calls and finding suitable candidates for a variety of exciting construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate candidates using our database, pipelines and advert responses to generate a high volume of suitable candidates.
• Engage candidates at a high level through outbound calling, discussing available job opportunities, assessing suitability and gauging interest.
• Phone screen and interview a high volume of trades candidates, understanding their experience and suitability to join Monadelphous.
• Manage candidate records, updating and growing the number of suitable candidates within our database.
