About the Role

As Sirrom continues to grow across Western Australia, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our Perth team.

Supporting our operations across multiple remote sites, you'll play a key role in attracting, engaging and securing quality candidates for a range of FIFO positions. Working closely with the Recruitment Manager, Operations and Village Managers, you'll manage the recruitment process from advertising through to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience while delivering quality outcomes for the business.

This is a fast paced, high volume role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, juggling multiple priorities and finding the right people for the right roles. Every day is different, and you'll work across a variety of positions including Utilities, Hospitality, Trades, Management and Corporate Support.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Engage with candidates over the phone and build genuine rapport
• Review and shortlist high volumes of applications
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess suitability
• Coordinate interviews both face to face and via Microsoft Teams
• Manage multiple vacancies across a range of FIFO and corporate roles
• Partner with Operations and Hiring Managers to understand workforce requirements
• Prioritise recruitment activity based on business needs
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

About You To be successful in this role, you'll be an organised and proactive recruiter who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.

You will bring:

• Previous recruitment or high volume talent acquisition experience, ideally within FIFO, mining, facilities management, construction or hospitality
• Confidence building relationships with candidates and hiring managers over the phone
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
• Experience using recruitment systems such as JobAdder or similar ATS platforms
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Experience conducting phone screens, interviews and candidate assessments
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader team
• Strong time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing business priorities
