About KCA Site Services For more than 10 years, KCA Site Services has partnered with many of Australia's leading mining contractors and owner-operators, delivering specialist blue- and white-collar recruitment across underground mining, surface mining, civil construction and mining services.

The Opportunity

• Provide strategic leadership for the recruitment function while ensuring outstanding operational delivery across the business.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing recruitment team focused on service excellence, collaboration and commercial outcomes.
• Drive business growth by strengthening client relationships, identifying new opportunities and improving recruitment performance.
• Establish a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and capability development through effective leadership and coaching.
• Use data, market insights and operational metrics to inform decision-making and improve business performance.

About You

• Proven success leading recruitment teams within an agency environment, delivering both strategic initiatives and operational results.
• A strong track record of growing revenue, improving profitability and building lasting client partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and develop recruiters into high-performing consultants and future leaders.
• Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management, decision-making and change leadership skills.
• An authentic, collaborative leader who sets high standards, builds trust and creates an environment where people perform at their best.
• Experience scaling a recruitment business, launching new service offerings or leading significant business growth will be highly regarded.
