About the Role:

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Lead to join our Infrastructure and Rail Services division at our Perth Head Office.

This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys working within a close knit, high performing team. As a Recruitment Lead, you will take a leading role in attracting and securing skilled talent to support the expansion of our Fixed Plant Maintenance and Rail Services operations.

You will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment processes, building strong internal relationships with operational leaders, and helping drive recruitment strategies that support the continued growth of the division.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Leading the talent attraction strategy for blue collar trades & technical roles
• Managing the end to end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement
• Partnering with operational leaders to understand workforce requirements and forecast demand
• Supporting workforce growth across diverse and complex project scopes - recruitment trend analysis through reporting
• Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines within the mining and infrastructure sectors
• Contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and initiatives

This is an engaging role where you will work across a diverse and complex scope of work, giving you the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects and services.

Location: Perth Airport Office (Will be relocating to Applecross Office in approx. June 2026)
Roster: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm

What you need to be considered:

• Previous recruitment experience in the mining industry or similar sector
• Demonstrated experience managing end to end recruitment processes
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
• A customer focused approach when working with internal teams and candidates
• Self motivated with the ability to use initiative
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
