About the Opportunity KCA is growing and are looking for experienced Recruitment Advisors and Senior Recruitment Advisors with a strong background in the Western Australian mining industry.

Whether you're an accomplished recruiter looking to take the next step or an experienced Senior Recruitment Advisor ready to lead key client relationships, you'll join a business with an established client base, a strong reputation, and plenty of work waiting for you.

You'll partner with our clients to deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes across specialist and hard-to-fill roles while building long-term relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage recruitment across an established portfolio of mining clients.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for specialist and hard-to-fill positions.
• Develop talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
• Partner with clients on workforce planning and recruitment strategy.
• Share market insights and recruitment best practice across the team.

Senior Recruitment Advisors will also:

• Own key client portfolios and act as the primary relationship manager.
• Mentor and support your Recruitment Advisors
• Drive portfolio performance, mobilisation outcomes, and strategic recruitment initiatives.

About You You'll bring:

• Previous blue-collar recruitment experience within the Australian mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Western Australian mining market.
• A proven ability to recruit specialist and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

For Senior Recruitment Advisor opportunities, you'll also have experience managing client relationships, mentoring recruiters, and driving successful recruitment outcomes across a portfolio.
