Techforce is looking for experienced 180 Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers who excel at managing existing relationships, converting warm opportunities, and finishing the year with strong billings.

This is a 180 / account management role.

You’ll own established client desks in the resources sector — no cold calling required. Focus on deepening partnerships, filling high-priority roles, and maximising placements through to December and into 2027.

• White Collar: Engineers, Project Controls, Mining Supervisors, Admin & HR
• Blue Collar: Trades, Operators, Shutdowns, Civil & Industrial services

What you’ll bring

• Proven track record as a 180 Consultant or Account Manager in an agency
• Strong relationship management and client retention skills
• Consistent delivery against targets on warm desks
• Resilient, organised, and client-first mindset
• Bonus: Resources or mining sector experience
