Receptionist / Administration Officer

Our client specialises in the manufacturing and mechanical maintenance of a wide range of prefabricated products and innovative industrial equipment in WA. As a result of ongoing and sustained growth, they are currently seeking an Administration Officer to assist their growing team.

Receptionist / Administration Officer - Design, Estimation and Fabrication
Hazlemere Location (+ free parking on site)
$35.00/hr + Super
Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm

What will this position entail?
Working within front reception, you will be the face of the company and first point of contact for all clients and visitors. Duties will include:

• Greeting all clients coming into the business
• Answering and forwarding calls
• Assisting with meeting and event preparation and planning
• Managing inventory of office supplies
• Managing all queries to the main email inbox
• Calendar management
• General data administration
• Other job duties as required

What are the requirements?

• Strong customer service skills and ability to professionally liaise with clients
• Previous experience in a similar reception / administrative role
• Attention to detail and competency with Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously
• Full working rights
• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol assessment
