Monadelphous is currently looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a key front-of-house role, responsible for creating a positive first impression while ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Professionally greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
  • Assist across multiple sites with Purchase Orders, PPE Orders, Updating Leave Register, Scanning, Filing, Assisting with EOM.
  • Credit card reconciliation.
  • General administrative support and data entry.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintaining office supplies and presentation standards.
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operations.
  • Provide leave coverage within the Administration team.

What you will bring:

  • Previous reception or administration experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support others.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and general office systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proof of right to work in Australia.
  • Candidates must be locally based in the Gladstone region.
