RC & Aircore Drillers - FIFO WA

Techforce Personnel are currently seeking experienced RC and Aircore Drillers for ongoing drilling projects across Western Australia.

We are working closely with established drilling contractors offering competitive rates, consistent rosters and long-term opportunities across exploration drilling projects.

Current Opportunities

RC Drillers

• Competitive day rates
• 2:2 roster
• 12-hour paid shifts
• FIFO opportunities across WA
• Immediate and November starts
• Ongoing work with established drilling contractors

Aircore Drillers

• $625 per day + $1 bonus per metre drilled
• Strong daily production rates offering excellent additional earning potential through metre-based bonuses.
• 2:1 roster
• Ongoing exploration drilling projects
• Strong earning potential through production-based incentives

Responsibilities

• Operate RC or Aircore drill rigs safely and efficiently across drilling programmes
• Supervise and coordinate Driller's Offsiders and crew members
• Complete daily pre-start inspections, basic maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ensure drilling targets and production requirements are achieved
• Maintain accurate drilling records, shift reports and equipment logs
• Work closely with supervisors and geological teams to ensure drilling standards are maintained
• Promote a strong safety culture across all drilling operations

About You

• Previous experience operating RC or Aircore drilling rigs
• Current HR driver's licence preferred
• Certificate III in Drilling Operations (desirable)
• Experience working in remote drilling environments
• National Police Clearance and First Aid (preferred)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
