Project Manager - Electrical

Join a high performing, collaborative delivery team at a leading resources organisation known for its strong culture and commitment to excellence.

You’ll play a key role in delivering a pipeline of sustaining capital projects ($2M–$30M) within a complex Port environment, Pilbara location. This is a hands-on role with strong stakeholder engagement and site presence (Roster 5/2, 4/3).

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of CAPEX projects from concept through to execution
• Manage scope, cost, risk, procurement, tendering and contract administration
• Oversee construction activities on site and drive safe execution
• Engage closely with multiple stakeholders across operations, engineering and contractors
• Contribute to a high-performing team culture and support peak workloads

Upcoming Projects

• MCC upgrades (multiple projects)
• Conveyor upgrades
• $30M apron feeder replacement
• Large-scale demolition works
• Early-stage options analysis, design and execution delivery

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in project delivery (mining preferred but not essential)
• Strong client-side or owner’s team experience highly regarded
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders on site
• Comfortable working FIFO and operating autonomously
• Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering required
