Project Manager

Linkforce is a leading integrated maintenance, engineering, and project services delivery business. Founded in 2007, Linkforce started with a small crew of shutdown specialists and a single utility operating in the Pilbara. Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 3,000 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.

Our projects business unit is proven in multi-disciplinary project delivery, with capabilities for delivering Brownfields and Greenfield CAPEX or OPEX work packages. We have a proven track record of successfully completing a high volume of project packages for our Blue Chip mining client base. From design through to completion and handover, we are able to supply, maintain and manage all aspects of projects works including, remedial works, capital works and expansion projects.

Due to a recent, flagship Electrical project award, we are seeking a Project Manager to join a long-term, large-scale project on a FIFO roster. Based in the Karratha region, on the northwest coast of WA, this project involves significant electrical, instrumentation and control system upgrades, conveyor drive station upgrades and other infrastructure upgrades. This presents an opportunity to be based on this milestone project for its duration, commencing in April / May 2026 and scheduled for completion in Q1 2027, with further worked offered thereafter on alternate projects

THE ROLE

As a Project Manager joining our existing team on a FIFO 12:9 roster, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring project is managed and completed in accordance with client, statutory and HSEQ requirements
• Building positive and professional relationships with clients and vendors, to ensure new and continuous business
• Financial health of all projects managed ensuring optimal commercial outcomes
• Ensuring contracts are complied with in a professional manner within the required timeframes whilst maintaining positive client relationship
• Leading team with positive culture demonstrating Linkforce values
• Monitoring fabrication, procurement and all deliverables are met to ensure site teams can meet project milestones
• Identifying “smarter” ways in project delivery

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Extensive experience in successfully delivering multidiscipline (CSMPEI or SMPEI) construction projects in mining and/or other industrial construction environments
• Relevant engineering or trade qualification
• Construction and/or Project Management qualification is highly desirable
• Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software (inc Project & Excel)
• Primavera and/or Pronto knowledge would be advantageous
