We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will lead the planning, mobilisation and delivery of complex installation projects, ensuring safe, efficient and customer-focused outcomes from commencement through to completion.
You'll enjoy variety in your role including:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale installation projects
- Developing and managing project schedules, delivery programs and installation plans
- Coordinating contractors and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved safely, on time and within budget
- Liaising closely with customers and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Managing site mobilisation and installation activities
- Overseeing site inductions and ensuring all health, safety and compliance requirements are met
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Managing project budgets, resources and reporting requirements
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and stakeholder engagement throughout project delivery
- Driving successful project outcomes through effective planning, communication and leadership
What you'll bring to the role
- Experience managing construction, infrastructure or large-scale installation projects
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex site-based projects from planning through to completion
- Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to develop and manage project schedules, delivery programs and project budgets
- Sound understanding of site safety, inductions and compliance requirements
- Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and deliver projects within agreed timeframes
- Experience delivering temporary facilities, modular infrastructure, site accommodation projects or similar installation-based projects will be highly regarded
