Project Lead – Civil Execution

The Role

• Lead the execution of critical tailings infrastructure works within a major sustaining capital program. This site-based contractor role will see you drive the delivery of annual wall raise works and associated civil earthworks, working closely with construction, design, technical and operational teams to ensure safe, practical and cost-effective project outcomes.

• You will take ownership of execution planning and delivery across site-based civil works, with responsibility for:

  • Leading execution planning, scheduling, cost tracking and progress reporting.
  • Coordinating construction teams, contractors, engineers and specialist service providers.
  • Overseeing procurement, site inspections, quality assurance and technical compliance.
  • Managing project risks, safety requirements and stakeholder expectations.
  • Supporting design assurance, constructability reviews and practical delivery outcomes.

About You

• hands-on civil project professional with strong experience in large-scale earthworks, tailings, dams, residue management or mining infrastructure projects.
• Degree qualification in Civil Engineering.
• Proven delivery experience across civil, earthworks, tailings, dams or mining infrastructure projects.
• Strong contractor, consultant and multidisciplinary stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness across cost, schedule, risk and quality performance.
• RPEQ or equivalent accreditation highly regarded.
