About the Role
Senior Project Engineer – Want a genuine 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster?
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical/Piping Project Engineer to support the site delivery of a major mining infrastructure project.
The role is heavily focused on piping installation and site execution, so we're looking for engineers who have previously delivered piping packages across underground mining projects or mining process plants.
What you'll be doing
- Managing mechanical and piping installation packages
- Coordinating contractors and site construction activities
- Piping installation, testing and commissioning
- Pressure testing, test packs and flange management
- Mechanical completion and handover
- Resolving technical and construction issues on site
What we're looking for
- 10+ years' Project Engineering experience
- Mechanical Engineering qualification
- Proven mining piping installation experience
- Underground mining or process plant project experience
- EPCM project delivery experience highly regarded
- Strong contractor and construction management capability
