About the Role

We are seeking an Project Engineer to join our team at Alcoa Pinjarra. Supporting the successful delivery of brownfield projects, you will provide engineering expertise across planning, construction, quality and project controls activities. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, contractors and site teams to ensure engineering outcomes are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate engineering activities to support safe and efficient project delivery.
• Manage RFIs, technical queries, constructability reviews and engineering documentation.
• Facilitate engineering change management processes and maintain project registers.
• Collaborate with project controls teams on progress measurement, reporting and performance analysis.
• Support quality assurance activities, Inspection and Test Plans, work packs and project documentation.

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering engineering projects within industrial, maintenance or brownfield environments.
• Strong understanding of project controls, engineering processes and quality requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
